Refund Policy

MakeTCG is currently free to use. No payments are taken, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy applies once paid plans are available.
14-day refund
If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first payment or a renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@maketcg.com from the address you used to pay, with your order or receipt number. The refund goes back to your original payment method through our reseller, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After you cancel, you are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Outside the 14-day window we do not refund unused time.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law, including a consumer’s right of withdrawal in the EU, the UK and Türkiye where it applies.
